Preliminary Ruling Processes & Pre-emptive Discussions

Running a business involves a wide variety of tax aspects. Tax matters are a key factor in a company’s everyday operations, corporate ownership and ownership structures as well as the planning of business succession.

Our experienced and versatile experts can help you manage the day-to-day tax affairs of your business, as well as tax issues relating to changes in business or ownership. We understand your business, identify the tax risks involved and help you find the best tax solutions. We provide solutions on a daily basis to tax issues relating to, for example, employment or management agreements, remuneration schemes, business contracts, income tax, VAT and other indirect taxation. Where necessary, we help you to ensure the tax treatment by applying for a preliminary ruling from the Finnish Tax Administration or the Finnish Central Tax Board or by requesting pre-emptive discussion or guidance from the Finnish Tax Administration.
