ICT and Digitalisation Projects

Major ICT and digitalisation projects are critical to organisations.

We have extensive experience of large and complex ICT and outsourcing projects. We negotiate terms for your project that meet your needs, taking into account your objectives and industry specifics and the many legal aspects, such as complying with data protection and privacy rules, managing intellectual property rights, and dealing with cross-border issues.

We have strong and diverse industry expertise, and we know how the client thinks. Many of the lawyers in our team have worked in-house and therefore understand what is important to the client in ICT projects. Our experience and knowledge are particularly profound in sectors and industries such as ICT, banking and insurance, energy and infrastructure, retail, health, and real estate.

We have a proven track record of successful domestic and cross-border transformation projects and a deep knowledge of the ICT market, the latest contract terms, and best practices.
