New Forms of Financing

New Forms of Financing

The technological revolution in the financing sector has made new forms of raising financing, such as crowdfunding and peer-to-peer lending, increasingly common.

Digitalisation and block chain technology have also brought these new forms of financing within the reach of smaller players—particularly nimble start-ups—while virtual technology platforms make it possible to cost-effectively and flexibly raise funds for entirely new kinds of purposes.

We can help you design the legal structure and draft the documentation for the new forms of financing best suited to your business. The regulatory environment is developing rapidly, which calls for a legal advisor who not only has in-depth expertise, but also an innovative and creative mindset and a good understanding of risk management. As our client, you will also benefit from our good working relationship with the relevant authorities and other players in the field. We constantly keep up to date on developments in the field and pass on the latest knowledge to support your business.
