Minna Korhonen

Partner, Member of the Finnish Bar

I advise financial institutions, investors and borrowers in a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisition and other leveraged finance and real estate finance transactions as well as corporate lending, refinancing and sustainable finance.

Sustainable finance plays a key role in mitigating climate change, as achieving the international climate targets will require allocating funds into environmentally friendly initiatives. By supporting our clients in their sustainable financing arrangements, we contribute to accelerating the green transition and sustainable development.

I have profound experience of various types of restructurings and pre-insolvency workouts acting both for lenders and borrowers. I also advise clients in real estate transactions and other corporate matters. I have also gained experience through a secondment at the Federation of Finnish Financial Services.

I have a very proactive and hands-on approach in my work. I am solution-oriented and always try to do everything I can to find the best solutions for my client.
