We assisted Swedbank AB (publ) in a EUR 100 million financing arrangement for Lumo Kodit Oy, a subsidiary of Kojamo plc offering rental housing in Finland’s largest cities with a long track record of working to promote better and more sustainable urban housing. The financing will be used for the purposes of refinancing the existing indebtedness of Lumo Kodit Oy.
