About me

I am an intellectual property lawyer working on all things digital, with special expertise in copyright matters.

I advise both Finnish and foreign clients especially on contractual and regulatory matters in IP-intensive industries, such as ICT, media and entertainment. Having worked with companies in sectors ranging from technology to entertainment business, I have gained extensive hands-on experience in intellectual property matters, including licensing and other contractual arrangements.

Prior to joining Castrén & Snellman, I worked as an in-house counsel in a listed Finnish company for several years, and before that as an attorney in another Finnish law firm for more than ten years. In addition to practising law, I have been active in academia doing research on copyright with a focus on digital content distribution. I have also published several articles and contributed to books on intellectual property and data, and I enjoy discussing these subjects as a speaker at courses and seminars.
