Anna-Maria Huldén

Senior Associate, Member of the Finnish Bar, M.Sc. (Econ.)

I advise our clients in matters related to mergers and acquisitions. I joined Castrén & Snellman in 2022 as a senior associate. I have assisted in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions both on the seller’s and the buyer’s side. I also have experience in private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, and general corporate law. Prior to joining Castrén & Snellman, I worked on transactions at an international law firm and a leading law firm in the Nordics.

I enjoy the versatile and dynamic world of transactions. Each day is an opportunity to learn something new and to build upon existing knowledge and expertise. I enjoy working with different types of companies and interacting with clients.

During my studies I spent some time abroad, first as an exchange student in Long Beach, California, and then in London as an intern at the Finnish-British Chamber of Commerce. In addition to a degree in law, I hold a degree in business administration from Åbo Akademi University.

I am currently on family leave.
