Castrén & Snellman was once again ranked as the most attractive law firm employer by law students. The most important factors to students were good development opportunities, the social environment and interesting projects and clients.

Prospera 2019: C&S Once Again No 1 among Students
Kantar Sifo’s Employer Branding 2019 survey asks students to assess Finland’s thirteen largest law firms. Castrén & Snellman came in first amongst all of the respondents and also amongst the students with the best grades. The students ranked the firms in ten categories.
Castrén & Snellman did particularly well in the following categories:
A total of 294 students from Helsinki, Turku and Rovaniemi responded to the survey in October 2019. The respondents were third-, fourth- or fifth-year law students.
The Prospera Employer Branding survey was carried out in Finland for the first time in 2012. Since then, Castrén & Snellman has held the top position in the student rankings every year, excluding last year.
