The handbook lists over 1,700 lawyers in both the patent and the trademarks section. To compile the list, WIPR contacted 12,000 IP professionals for peer nominations. In the evaluation, WIPR took into account the nominees’ practice history, industry expertise, notable cases, as well as any additional activities, such as writing and teaching responsibilities.
