Castrén & Snellman Gets Silver in MPF Awards 2016 Best Strategic Leadership Category

We made the shortlist on the strength of our gamified strategy communication concept, which we designed in-house. Our firm was the only Finnish company that was shortlisted in its category.

The MPF judges had the following comments on our concept:

‘Card Games played with clients doesn’t sound too strategic or cost effective, but this firm have developed a way of using specially developed game cards to determine the importance and performance of three value propositions – People, Client Relationships, and Services….’
