We successfully represented a Finnish wellbeing services organisation in a criminal matter where the defendant was a former employee of the organisation.
The employee had fraudulently misrepresented their qualifications, gaining unlawful economic benefit and causing economic loss to the organisation. The employee was sentenced to conditional imprisonment for two separate offences and to pay damages to the organisation.
