Sinch – Acquisition of SAP Digital Interconnect Finnish Operations

We advised Sinch AB (publ), a global leader in cloud communications for mobile customer engagement in the acquisition of SAP’s communications unit SAP Digital Interconnect (SDI) in Finland. Sinch acquired all assets and IP belonging to SDI. SDI offers cloud-based communications products throughout the world. Sinch and SDI share a focus on digital business transformation.
