Forchem Oy is a leading European producer of pine chemical derivatives and one of the four globally dominating producers. Forchem Oy operates a state-of-the-art crude tall oil fractionation facility in Rauma, Finland. The high-yield bond issuance was completed in a record time of approximately one month. The demand for the bonds was strong, and the offering was heavily oversubscribed.
