The European Commission published a ‘Study on the enforcement of State aid rules and decisions by national courts (COMP/2018/001)’ in August 2019. The Study covers all 28 Member States and provides a comprehensive overview of the enforcement of State aid rules by national courts from 2007 until 2017, but important rulings decided in 2018 were also included.
