We successfully advised the Finnish Broadcasting Company, Yleisradio Oy, and its Editor in Chief in a defamation case before a Monegasque Court (Tribunal Correctionnel de la Principauté de Monaco).
Based on our argumentation, the Court deemed that it did not have jurisdiction to rule on the case. The Court dismissed all charges and civil actions against the Finnish Broadcasting Company and the Editor in Chief.
