We acted as Finnish counsel to international investors Coatue and DST Global in their investment in Wolt Enterprises Oy, a Helsinki-based global technology company operating in the food delivery industry. In this financing round led by ICONIQ Growth, Wolt raised a total of EUR 440 million. The financing round aimed to further expand Wolt’s rapidly growing retail delivery service.
Wolt’s other new investors include KKR, Tiger Global, Prosus and EQT Growth. The existing investors 83North, Highland Europe, Goldman Sachs Growth Equity, EQT Ventures and Vintage Investment Partners also participated in the round.
Wolt has raised a total of EUR 707 million from investors to date.
Wolt has expanded into 23 countries and 129 cities and partners with approximately 30,000 restaurants and 1,500 retail partners.
