We acted as the Finnish counsel for Bregal Milestone in connection with a strategic investment whereby a fund advised by Bregal Milestone granted a loan totalling EUR 50 million to Basware Corporation and subscribed for warrants convertible into shares in Basware representing in total a fully diluted shareholding of approximately 6.5% in the company.
Bregal Milestone is the investment adviser to a EUR 400 million fund dedicated to making investments primarily in Europe. It provides non-control capital and strategic assistance to leading growth companies.
