We advised Neste in a third generation outsourcing of IT services all the way from the RFP process to executing the agreements. We negotiated and drafted all the relevant agreements and provided strategic advice to Neste regarding the contractual and legal aspects of the arrangement.
In this outsourcing arrangement, which was one of the largest in Finland in 2015, Neste outsourced its solution operations globally, and moved on to a modern service integration model and end-to-end metering of business applications and ICT services.
