Minna Miettinen

I joined Castrén & Snellman as a Legal Project Manager in March 2022. The core of my job is the staffing of M&A projects with the view of achieving a more even workload distribution in our teams. I also contribute to the development of projects with the aim of increasing seamlessness, transparency, and predictability. The goal is to offer our customers even better collaboration and enhanced service experience.

My experience in project management is mostly from marketing. In my previous job as a project manager at a one stop shop advertising agency, I was responsible for both Finnish and international customers. I worked directly with our customers and managed projects internally with creatives, advertising production and media team. I also worked with project budgeting, invoicing and annual marketing planning with a team. My customers were from many industries, such as banking, vehicle importing, travelling, cosmetics, construction, and gardening.

I am truly passionate about development. I love to see the results of my work help both individual colleagues and teams while also increasing customer satisfaction.

I am currently on maternity leave.
