The Benchmark Litigation Awards recognises the best firms, litigators and cases from 2018. All shortlisted firms and lawyers must show evidence of work on noteworthy cases and receive recommendations from their peers and clients. The nominees have been chosen using the research for the Benchmark Europe publication in the final quarter of 2018, with some supplementary surveys of lawyers and in-house clients and research in January and February 2019. This was Benchmark Litigation’s first awards ceremony in Europe.
