We assist United Bankers Plc in listing on the First North Finland marketplace maintained by the Helsinki Stock Exchange. United Bankers is a Finnish midsized investment service group with four business areas: Asset Management, Fund Management, Brokerage and Investment Banking. At the end of June 2014, the assets under the management of the company totalled EUR 1.3 billion, and the company had nearly 4,500 clients.
The company’s IPO was over-subscribed, and the company will receive over 650 new shareholders in the IPO. Trading in the company’s class A shares will begin on First North on or about Monday, 24 November 2014.
