We advised OP-Rental Yield, a direct property investment fund managed by OP Property Management Ltd, in the acquisition of Aitio Business Park from NCC Property Development Oy. Aitio Business Park is comprised of two real estate companies owning ultra-modern BREEAM certified office buildings.
Aitio Business Park includes approximately 11,000 square metres of leasable area and is excellently located in the Ruskeasuo area in Helsinki.
