We advised Nordea Bank Abp as the Sole Lead Manager in connection with Special Investment Fund eQ Finnish Real Estate’s issuance of EUR 90,000,000 senior secured bonds to domestic and Nordic investors. The complex transaction was the issuer’s entry into the bond market and highlighted especially our capability to include bonds in an existing security pool with significant bank funding.
