Lassila & Tikanoja – Voluntary Tender Offer of Outstanding EUR 30 Million Bond and New EUR 50 Million Bond Issue

We advised Lassila & Tikanoja Oyj and Danske Bank A/S in the voluntary tender offer of Lassila & Tikanoja’s EUR 30 million bond issued in 2014. The tender offer was successfully completed with an uptake of approximately EUR 27 million. We simultaneously acted as sole legal counsel to both Lassila & Tikanoja as the issuer and Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch in its capacity as Lead Manager in a new EUR 50 million bond issue. With this transaction Lassila & Tikanoja succeeded in lengthening the maturity of their loan portfolio with favourable terms.
