We successfully represented a Finnish listed company in the criminal proceedings related to a nature conservation case, where the accused was an employee of the company.
The District Court dismissed the charges of a nature conservation offence holding that the employee had not, intentionally or through gross negligence, unlawfully destroyed or impaired a natural area protected by the Nature Conservation Act. The judgment has gained legal force, so the District Court decision is final.
