We acted as legal advisor in the issue of a 13 million euro senior secured bond by refrigeration appliances manufacturer Festivo Finland Oy. Taaleri Kapitaali, a subsidiary of Taaleri Oyj, acted as the financial advisor and Taaleri Varainhoito as the lead manager.
The bond issue related to an arrangement whereby Festivo Finland Oy purchased Porkka Finland Oy from Huurre Group Oy. In the same connection, Porkka Finland Oy became part of Festivo. Besides Finland, the new entity has operations in Sweden, Norway and United Kingdom.
