We advised Danfoss Drives Oy, part of the Danish Danfoss Group, in its acquisition of the 1500 VDC converter technology from Ampner Oy. In connection with the acquisition, Ampner’s product team developing the 1500 VDC converter technology transferred to Danfoss Drives.
