We represented a major Finnish construction company in an occupational health and safety offence matter, which concerned an occupational accident at one of the company’s sites.
The police carried out an extensive pre-trial investigation in 2020. We assisted the company’s management and employees in numerous interviews and we filed the key evidence and final statement in the case to the prosecutor. The prosecutor decided not to pursue charges against any of the company’s employees and dropped the claim for a corporate fine against the company.
