We advised Bilot Plc and Alexander Corporate Finance Oy, the lead manager, in the listing of Bilot on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland market maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki.
The initial public offering, which consisted of a public offering, institutional offering and personnel offering, was oversubscribed multiple times. The company gained approximately 4,000 new shareholders in the IPO. Trading in the company’s shares on First North began today.
