We acted as Finnish legal counsel to ALSO Holding AG in the acquisition of Nervogrid Oy, which is active in the cloud computing sector and specialises in the development of Cloud Brokerage Enablement platforms with which the management of private, public and hybrid cloud transactions can be automated and efficiently processed. The new company will trade under the name ALSO Cloud Oy.
ALSO Holding AG is a leading European full-range provider for the ICT industry and offers its customers the entire bandwidth of the supply chain, from solutions to services. ALSO employs around 3,150 employees throughout Europe. In the 2013 fiscal year, the company generated net sales of 6.5 billion euros and a group net profit of 50.1 million euros. The majority shareholder of ALSO Holding AG is the Droege Group located in Düsseldorf, Germany.
