We advised Addtech Group in the acquisition of all shares outstanding in Elkome Group Oy. Elkome Group includes Elkome Group Oy and its subsidiaries Elkome Systems Oy, Elkome Installaatiot Oy, and Elkome Software Oy. The sale and purchase agreement was signed on 5 March 2020, and the acquisition was closed on 1 April 2020.
