Ålandsbanken – Issue of SEK 200,000,000 subordinated tier 2 notes

We advised the listed Finnish bank Ålandsbanken Abp in the issue of floating rate subordinated notes in the aggregate nominal amount of SEK 200,000,000. The subordinated notes were issued on 15 May 2018 and listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange on 18 May 2018. The subordinated notes constitute debenture loans and qualify as tier 2 instruments (T2) under the EU’s Capital Requirements Regulation, provided that the requirements set out therein are met.
