As HR Coordinator I oversee many of our trainee programmes and student marketing. I am also responsible for recruiting our junior trainees, knowledge management trainees and legal tech trainees as well as our internal business service personnel. In addition, my days include employer branding related tasks as well as organising events intended for students and trainees.
Being the supervisor of our firm’s junior trainees is highly inspiring, and it is important for me to ensure that our trainees enjoy their internships and are able to develop their professional skills from the very beginning of their careers. Together with my team members, I also arrange professional training for our experts.
I joined Castrén & Snellman after graduating with a master’s degree in science, economics and business administration in the summer of 2020. I worked in our HR team for more than a year as an intern, after which I stepped into my current position. In addition to HR, I focused on diversity related questions in my studies, and I am grateful to also be able to contribute to Castrén & Snellman’s diversity work by creating internal training material related to the topic. Prior to joining Castrén and Snellman, I worked in a recruitment company alongside my studies.
