Castrén & Snellman Wrote the Finland Chapter of International Insolvency

Pekka Jaatinen, Elina Pesonen and Oona Fromholdt authored a chapter in the fourth edition of International Insolvency: Group Insolvency and Directors’ Duties Global Guide. The publication provides a practical analysis of topical cross-border issues and country-specific Q&A guides on insolvency law and practice worldwide. The Q&A guide aims to give a structured overview of insolvency from the perspective of companies that are operating within a domestic and/or international family of companies, and considers the various complexities that this can introduce into insolvency procedures. The title of Jaatinen’s, Pesonen’s and Fromholdt’s chapter is Group insolvency, consolidation of debt and directors’ duties and liabilities in Finland.
