Castrén & Snellman shortlisted for the Employment & Labour Award at the Lexology European Awards 2025

Based on Lexology’s wide-ranging research and thousands of nominations for lawyers and law firms, the Awards celebrate the winners from the Individual and Team General Counsel, Law Firm and Consultancy across various practice areas. The other two law firms competing for the Employment & Labour Award are Baker McKenzie and Cuatrecasas.
Tomi Kemppainen and Outi Tähtinen, who co-head C&S’ Employment team, celebrate the nomination:
We are extremely proud of our team and this nomination. Our focus has always been in offering the best client experience, in addition to hands-on legal expertise. The research places great emphasis on client feedback, so this recognition feels exceptionally good.
Lexology receives thousands of individual nominations each year, including qualitative assessments of the outstanding work being done by the nominated parties. The research team establishes a shortlist of prominent in-house lawyers and outstanding legal teams across practice area and sector-based categories relating to criteria such as effective communication, commercial understanding, legal awareness, team strength and management skills.
