We advised Viafin Service Oyj and the lead manager Alexander Corporate Finance Oy in Viafin’s listing to First North Finland, the multilateral trading facility maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki.
The initial public offering consisted of a institutional and personnel offering and was clearly oversubscribed. Trading in the company’s shares on First North Finland commenced on 20 November 2018.
Viafin Service specialises in industrial maintenance and pipe repair and installation and has most of its business in Finland. Its customers include large corporations in the pulp, cardboard, energy, chemical and metal industries.
