We advised the Finnish Lifelong Learning Foundation (Kvs Foundation) in the sale of an Art Nouveau building originally built by the Kvs Foundation in central Helsinki to a property fund advised by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI).
Constructed in 1913, the building has been in both residential and office use during its history.
The Kvs Foundation is Finland’s oldest educational foundation and independent think tank on everyday learning. Its purpose is to promote learning and adult education.
