Telia Pension Foundation – Sale of an office asset located in Espoo

We advised Telia Pension Foundation in the sale of Quartetto Harmonia, an office asset located in Espoo, Finland, to Special Investment Fund Evli Rental Yield (AIF), which is managed by Evli Fund Management Company Ltd. Quartetto Harmonia is an office building offering approximately 5,000 sq m of lettable area close to the Sello shopping centre and Leppävaara railway station. The asset is fully let to Vahanen Group and it was completed in 2010.
