Siemens Osakeyhtiö – Partial Demerger and Preliminary Tax Discussions

We assisted Siemens Osakeyhtiö in its partial demerger into Siemens Energy Oy as part of a global reorganisation in which the Gas and Power business was carved out from the rest of the Siemens group. As part of the partial demerger process, we assisted Siemens Osakeyhtiö in preliminary tax discussions with the Finnish Tax Administration to ensure the tax treatment of the reorganisation.
