We advised OP-Public Services Real Estate non-UCITS fund in a transaction whereby it sold a portfolio of 15 care properties to Kinland Property VI Oy, a company originating from Norway. The day-care centres and nursing homes are mainly wooden buildings on great locations across Finland. The total value of the transaction is approximately EUR 35 million.
