NREP – Acquisition of a residential portfolio

We advised NREP in its acquisition of a residential portfolio comprising three residential properties and 226 apartments from S-Bank Housing non-UCITS Fund. The properties were completed in 2018, 2021 and 2022, and they are located in Espoo and Vantaa next to excellent public transportation connections and daily services. All of the three properties also have a strong ESG profile, which will be further improved upon one of the assets converting its heating system to geothermal heating during spring 2023.
