We are assisting Next Games Corporation and lead manager Danske Bank in a rights offering through which the company aims to raise gross proceeds of approximately EUR 8 million. The proceeds from the rights offering will be used, among other things, to strengthen the balance sheet of the company and enable future investments such as product development and marketing of new products.
Next Games is the first publicly listed mobile game developer and publisher in Finland, specializing in games based on entertainment franchises.
