We advised Next Games in an offering of new shares that was directed to a limited number of domestic and international institutional investors in an accelerated book-building offering.
Next Games raised EUR 4.2 million through the offering. Trading in the new shares commenced on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland on 25 March 2021.
Alexander Corporate Finance Ltd acted as the lead manager and sole bookrunner in the offering.
