Castrén & Snellman represented Hemsö Fastighets AB, a Swedish property investor, in a real estate transaction in which Hemsö acquired a portfolio of 15 healthcare and senior care properties worth approximately EUR 100 million from Trevian Care I Ky, a Finnish real estate equity fund. Our assignment included, among other things, negotiating the acquisition as well as the financing for the portfolio.
