We advised Industry Investment (Tesi) and NFT Ventures in their co-investment in fintech company Zervant Oy. The funding round totalled EUR 6 million and was also participated in by Northzone and Conor Venture Partners.
Zervant provides simple online invoicing for small businesses, freelancers and entrepreneurs. To date, Zervant’s software has over 100,000 business users. Its core markets are Sweden, Finland, France, Germany and the UK. The investment will be used to further boost the international expansion of Zervant’s invoicing services.
