We advised Efecte Plc in its listing to First North Finland, the multilateral trading facility maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki.
The initial public offering consisting of public, institutional and personnel offering as well as share sale was oversubscribed, and the total number of shareholders in the company increased to over 700. Trading in the company’s shares on First North Finland commenced today, 8 December 2017.
Efecte is a Finnish software company founded in 1998 that provides cloud-based service and identity management software solutions, as well as related consultancy services.
