We advised DSV in a sale and lease back arrangement where DSV sold logistics properties in the Netherlands and Finland to investors represented by Savills Investment Management and leased them back. The Finnish property in Vantaa, when finalised, will comprise a logistics centre of 50,000 square metres, a terminal of 10,000 square metres and a head office property of 4,000 square metres for the Finnish DSV companies.
