We represent Arnolds Bakery & Coffee Shop in connection with its franchise business. Arnolds has been operating since 1991, and today there are more than 30 franchisee-operated Arnolds stores all over Finland. Being a very well-known brand in Finland, protecting its intellectual property is of key importance for Arnolds. We advise Arnolds on intellectual property and marketing law, franchise agreements and in negotiations with its franchisees.
