We advised Special Investment Fund eQ Care in its acquisition of a nursing home property to be located in the local shopping and service centre Hertsi in Herttoniemi, Helsinki. The nursing home is part of the wider hybrid project of Hertsi comprising also retail and other service premises.
The nursing home will provide intensified service accommodation for 60 people and it will be operated by Mehiläinen Hoivapalvelut Oy. An environmental LEED certification will be applied for the property. The construction of the local shopping and service centre including the nursing home will be completed in 2020.
