We acted as the legal advisor to Delta Motor Group Oy in its sale of the Finnish import business of Kia and Mitsubishi cars to Bergé Auto Nordics Oy, a new company managed by Spanish Bergé Automoción SL. Delta Auto Oy will continue as the retailer for Kia and Mitsubishi. The transaction enables both parties focus on their core business.
Full-service car dealer chain Delta Auto sells and services Kia, Mitsubishi, Mazda and Opel vehicles locally in its 20 dealerships as well as BMW vehicles in Delta Bavaria. Delta Auto is also one of Finland’s largest used car dealers. Delta Motor Group’s revenue in 2016 was EUR 543 million and it had around 560 employees.
